FAQs
- If you need paper copies of your request, payment is required before the request is fulfilled. Let us know if you would like to pick up your paper copies in person or if you would like us to mail them to you.
- Requests submitted outside of business hours, weekends, or holidays will not count as received until the next available business day.
- Please include as much detail as possible in your request.
- There is no cost for receiving records electronically (e.g., email). However, the County does charge 50 cents for the first page and 10 cents per additional page (8.5" by 11") when requested to print records. For requests requiring records to be placed on a media device, such as a thumb drive or CD, the County will assess a fee to cover the actual cost of the media used.
- Electronic records are available for 30 days. If you would like to have access to them for longer, you will need to create an account in the portal or download the files before your access to them expires.
